My professional background is grounded in structure, analysis, and systems thinking.

 

I graduated with a BS in Computer Science and began my career as a software developer in the telecommunications industry. That experience trained me to approach work methodically—breaking down complex problems, working with data, and paying close attention to detail. These skills continue to influence how I approach real estate transactions today.

I later transitioned into entrepreneurship, where I spent several years building and managing teams and working closely with sales operations and digital platforms. This strengthened my experience in client communication, workflow management, and execution—skills that translate directly into brokerage and professional real estate services.

 

To formalize my practice in a regulated profession, I completed my BS in Real Estate Management and passed both the Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Appraiser licensure examinations, ranking as a topnotcher in both. I am also involved in reviewing and mentoring examinees for real estate licensure exams, which keeps my work closely aligned with current laws, standards, and professional practice.

 

My real estate experience centers on secondary market transactions, including sales and leasing engagements, where proper documentation, realistic pricing, and clear expectations are essential. I work with clients who value transparency, compliance, and informed decision-making throughout the process.

In addition to brokerage, I provide professional real estate services such as valuation support, due diligence review, and documentation-related consultation, with an emphasis on scope clarity, readiness, and regulatory compliance. My approach is not pressure-driven; it is grounded in careful review, context, and sound judgment.
